When you live in the depths of Exmoor you understand "range anxiety", we've done many a worried mile across the moors. So we are thrilled to offer guests the facility to charge their EV's on site. This means you can get on with your day rather than being delayed by the hunt for a local charging station.
We want you to get the most from Exmoor, whether it is blowing away the cobwebs on our lovely beaches or roaming the spectacular moorland without worrying where your next "power surge" is coming from.

An Interesting History A Timeless Location
Knapp House is built in the Art and Crafts style and is one of the most beautiful houses on Exmoor. The lodges reflect something of its fascinating history whether as a family hunting retreat in the 1920s or its time as a boy’s school post war. Think family cocktail parties and Sunday picnics or dozens of schoolboys ready to ride across country or swim in the Barle.
